How booking works
1. Find a day that fits
Use the destination and experience filters, read our planning notes and compare up to three rides. Look at the time involved, the nature of the outing and the walking questions as well as the destination.
2. Review the live booking details
“View dates & total price” opens the partner’s booking website in a new tab. Enter your date and party size, then check the exact itinerary, amount, currency, inclusions, pickup point and cancellation terms.
3. Confirm anything personal to your trip
Contact the provider before payment if you need an accessible vehicle, have a mobility aid, prefer minimal walking, need a particular pickup address or have a tight return deadline. Our planning notes cannot confirm an individual arrangement.
4. Book with the provider
Your booking and payment take place with Welcome Pickups, the provider shown on the partner page. Save its confirmation and support details. Europe at Ease does not collect payment for the ride or issue the provider’s booking confirmation.
About the price
Booking through our links adds no extra affiliate fee to the tour price. Check the live total and what is included; optional tickets, meals or other items may still be separate. We may earn a commission from the provider.
